How can I terminate my subscription, whether it’s for an artist or label account, and what occurs when I do so? Additionally, what is your policy on refunds?
To discontinue your subscription, navigate to your Dashboard – Orders / Subscription plans, page and select “cancel subscription.” Upon cancellation, your account features will remain active for the current paid month. We do not provide refunds for unused time within a month, but you won’t incur charges for the subsequent month.
What transpires with my label account post-cancellation?
While visitors can still access your site and sales proceeds go to you, certain functionalities will be restricted. These include exporting unified sales reports, viewing unified stats or merchandise orders pages, and adding new entities (artists or labels) to your account. Additionally, you will not be able to use all the functions such as uploading and selling your music or merch, and you won’t have access to your artists’ accounts if you have a label account. Location and referrer data for your sales will no longer be collected, and if you’ve configured a custom domain, it will cease functioning. You can re-subscribe at any time through Dashboard – Orders / Subscription Plans.
Can I convert my account type if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, no. Accounts cannot be reverted, but you can continue using the account for free as outlined above.

Finding Your Vinyl Submission QR Codes: A Step-by-Step Guide
Go to your dashboard, then navigate to 'Manage Your Artist.' From there, select the specific artist whose vinyl you're shipping. Click on 'Releases,' where you'll find a QR code associated with that particular vinyl release. Print out this QR code and attach it to the package you're shipping to us.
Shipping Label Placement:
Affix the shipping label securely to the largest side of the package.
Avoid placing labels on seams, folds, or corners to prevent damage during handling.
Label Legibility:
Use clear and legible fonts for all text on the shipping label.
Ensure that labels are printed with high contrast for easy scanning.
1. Box Size: The dimensions of the shipping box should be approximately 40x60x30 cm or similar.
2. Single SKU Master Carton: If you have multiple SKUs, ensure that different SKUs are physically separated within the master carton.
3. Master Carton Labeling: Each master carton must be clearly labeled with the quantity of the product (x units).
4. Nice to Have: While not mandatory, it’s beneficial to have a single SKU master carton with a master carton barcode for ease of tracking.
5. Packing List: Include a packing list with your shipment.
